"We stayed at hotel del Borgo when visiting Ducati factory and museum. This hotel is literally a stones throw away, ideally placed! The staff are amazing Allessandro (manager) friendly and accommodating. As is the way with Italy, rooms are just as you need them. Bologna is a simple 20 minute bus ride on one direct (no.23) €2 /person (each direction) whilst we were here. Bus stops at terminus in Bologna, when returning get off at “Ducati” stop. "CDH is a friendly little hotel located in between the airport and train station. Taxi to Bologna Centrale cost €21. Check in was a breeze. The front desk persons were friendly and helpful. "Sewerage smell in the bathroom was so bad you could not be in there. Worst is they knew about it. When I arrived late the room door was left open and so was the window. I went out not realising how bad it was. It was too late to move anyway. In the morning the owner lies about not knowing about it but mysteriously already knew the room number even though he wasn't working reception. The place is a dump. It's disappointing to find this sort of establishment can advertise on hotels.com"
