It offers a panoramic view of the Canal du Midi, a true feast for the eyes, ideal for reading, chatting, or simply enjoying the scenery in peace and quiet. The large, sunny terrace, with its unobstructed view of the canal, pleasantly extends the living space. Located directly on the canal bank, the apartment benefits from immediate access to the towpath, perfect for walks or bike rides. A secure, covered bicycle parking area is available.
