Located in a quiet residential area, in the heart of La Plaine-sur-Mer, a few steps from a supermarket and the village centre (church, food shops, delicatessen, bars and restaurants) and only 2 km from the famous Cormier beach, this single-storey house of 60 m² situated on a closed and secure plot of 360 m² has 2 double bedrooms (2x140) and a sofa bed (1x140), able to accommodate up to 6 people. The living space, entirely open, includes a lounge area with TV and a dining room with access to the terrace and garden.
