Gîte adjoining the owners' house, located 200 m from the sea (1 km from the beaches), ideal for fishing on foot or for enjoying the beach. Private outdoor space of 50 m² with covered terrace, in enclosed space shared with the owners. Parking on the property.  
Ground floor: living room/living room with open kitchen, bathroom and separate WC.  
Floor: 1 open bedroom with 1 140x190 bed + 2 90x190 beds.  
Additional equipment: wifi, radio, complete baby equipment.  
Included: sheets.  
Not included: electric heating, electricity, bathroom linen and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning package for professional customers (65€).  
Small dogs accepted.
