Rigtig dejligt ophold

We had a really good stay and there was nothing that didn't work. Many thanks for the good and friendly service from the receptionist. We would like to come again.

Well maintained property with all the basic amenities taken care of. It's well located, within walking distance of the Bella Plagne center with all dinning and shopping options. ESF Skii school is also 5 mns walk and it helped us get private classes for our child. The reception helped us with cab details as we arrived post check in hours with no shuttle service. I only wish we were communicated well on the exact property details as we wasted 1 hour trying to find the room details in Le Quartz while our allocation was in Les Gemaux. Rest, it's been a fantastic stay and would love to go back again.

Perfect location in Belle Plagne, everything is nearby. We had the appartement which was perfect for a family with two kids. Also the frontdesk/ reception was very helpful and friendly.

Good location in Belle Plagne, pick your room well

Great studio flat, facility absolutely fine. We had a studio overlooking the car park, great view of the slopes, but quite noisey at night, (past 12am) probably due to noise travelling very easily and we had the window open to let in some air. Would suggest picking a room on the left hand side of the building to overcome this. Apart from this, a great place to stay. Staff really helpful and friendly.

Zimmer Leider nicht gereinigt

Das Zimmer wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht vernünftig gereinigt. Die Teller im Schrank waren dreckig, der Boden sehr staubig und auf dem Sofa lagen Fuß- und Fingernägel. Ich gehe davon aus die letzte ”Reinigung“ hat nach den letzten Gästen im Winter stattgefunden )Wir waren im Sommer dort für die Tour Etappe in La Plagne). Die Ungebung der Unterkunft ist wunderschön zum Wandern und Mountainbiken im Sommer.

Vraiment déçu...

Ma famille et moi avons été déçu par la qualité du logement et du matériel fourni. C'est un logement fait pour deux personnes maximum ! Le canapé-lit prenait trop de place dans la pièce, une alèse était pleine de petits cheveux, la chaise longue était trouée (nous n'avons pas pu nous en servir sur le balcon), une poignée de couvercle était cassée, les lampes du plafond étaient trop basses et je me suis cogné la tête plusieurs fois, il n'y avait pas assez d'étagères ni de crochets pour poser différents objets et il n'y avait pas de boîte de mouchoirs dans le logement (d'habitude il y en a toujours une où que ce soit). Comparez à Arc 1950 où nous avons été deux fois, le confort est vraiment spartiate. Malheureusement, je crois que la Plagne c'est fini pour nous. Je préfère les Arcs !

Great location, clean but small

Really nice apartments that have all the basic equipment you need for simple self-catering including a welcome pack of cleaning materials (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and cloths). Access to the slopes is just a short walk - handy when returning from a long day. Also very close to the parking garage (extra charge - about €80 for a week) and the shops / restaurants / bars. The apartments were very quiet at night, so no problem getting the kids to sleep. My one negative remark is the size of the apartments, there isnt much room to store anything - once the sofa bed is folded out you havent much space left, so you'll find you spend your time sat around the table.

Très bon séjour. L'appartement (Studio) est très bien conçu et équipé. Tout semble neuf ! Confort et propreté sont au RDV.Tout se fait à pied. Parking à disposition (10€ la journée en sus).

Good location

Good sized family apartment. Basic kitchen as expected. Recommend floor seven for easiest access to piste and ski school. Very helpful staff when needed but otherwise stay was uneventful. Definitely stay again.

Stay overnight for family, late arrival

Late arrival, got the code by phone in advance, the key and everything ok when we arrived late in the evening. Had booked for 5 persons, only beds for 4.. No wifi because of late arrival and must have password from the reception which was closed when we arrive. Car parking free this summer++ Nice view++

Residence propre et bien située, très bon accueil et service du personnel sur place. Le seul bémol étant que notre chambre donnait sur le parking extérieur et que toutes les nuits (5-6h du matin) nous avions droit au bruit provoqué par les gens bourrés qui sortaient du seul bar ouvert jusqu'à 6h du matin.

Super séjour

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cette residence Pierre et vacances et cette fois la chambre était un peu plus grande que l'année dernière. LA residence est toujours aussi bien placée, aucune voiture dans la station (un vrai plus). Tous les commerces et restaurant à proximité. belle plagne est une station familiale et du coup très peu bruyante le soir. La résidence est confortable en bon état. La hall d'acceuil est un peu petit les samedis quand tout le monde arrive ou tout le monde repart, mais en restant zen tout va bien. Pour décharger la voiture c'est un peu compliqué surtout que'il n'y a pas de dépose minute devant la résidence et il faut se garer en double fil et faire vite pour ne pas gener les autres voitures. Mais une fois installé tout va bien, le domaine de la plagne est super. Aucune piste verte donc très peu de super débutant et assez peu de noir donc très peu de "fend la bise"..

Accommodation was fine but not really that happy overall....check in was a debacle as I rang the check in number from Geneva and no one could confirm my reservation using my name or confirmation number; arrived and with no office staff check in number on the front door did not work. Operator needs to increase service and hospitality..... as you can get good product (accommodation)anywhere....service is the key!.

Séjour impéccable

Belle plagne est un très bon lieu de résidence en famille. Les voitures sont invisibles et tout se fait en ski ou a pied. Pas d'odeur de gasoil ou d'essence dans la station et c'est un vrai plus. La résidence Pierre et vacances gémeaux est impeccable et très bien situé. Tous les parking belle plagne étaient complet à notre arrivé et nous avons du nous garer à la plagne bellecote. Mais aucun soucis car des liaisons téléphérique gratuites sont disponibles et nous n'avons jamais eu besoin de la voiture à belle plagne. Uune boulangerie, 2 SPAR et une magasin de spécialité savoyarde permettent de faire dans les studio des fondue et raclette à volonté. Pret d'appareil à raclette et fondue gratuit chez SPAR (du bas) et.... sans caution. Basé sur la confiance des vacanciers et c'est plutôt rare de nos jours.. Enfin la station elle même est super pour les familles "tranquilles", principalement des pistes bleus et quelques rouges sans difficultés majeures et enfin domaines immenses et agréables. Je pense qu'on y retournera.

Fantastic week in the snow

Had a fantastic week here. Apartment was modern and clean. Undercover parking was pricey but worth it with the amount of snow we had. Make sure you take your snow chains! The master bed was a little on the small side and it would of been nice to have an oven instead of just a microwave. We never found the Sauna or Steam room as mentioned in the hotel description! Overall though a brilliant stay.
