This residence is extremely comfortable, featuring classic design details and all the modern amenities to make your stay perfect. It includes an outdoor pool, as well as a dining area and a BBQ.

We have an enclosed garage with an electric gate that accommodates two cars.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and large freezer, wine cooler, and, in addition, all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances, such as a toaster, coffee maker, and hand blender, among others.

The area is very safe, with city security personnel patrolling 24 hours a day, and it offers a relaxed, family-friendly, and tourist-friendly atmosphere. There are no nightclubs or bars in the area that might cause noise disturbances or crowds during your stay.
