About this property
Beachfront Luxury Penthouse at Paraiso Del Mar
- Custom furnished in colorful Mexican fashion, our 3,000 SF penthouse condo has 3 BRs (2 with king size beds and 1 with 2 full size beds) and 3.5 baths. The floors throughout are travertine and all counters are granite. We upgraded doors, counters, and closet storage features in all rooms.
The spacious living room with a vaulted 18' ceiling has a spectacular view of the coastline by day and the lights of La Paz at night. The 900 SF terrace faces the east so you can spend the warmest part of the day pretty much in the shade. There is also a gas barbecue on the terrace, and a terrace with wet bar off the master bedroom.
Flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms. Cable TV, WiFi, books, DVDs and games are available for your use.
