New luxury villa, private with pool and stunning views

This new, spacious, and modern villa with an infinity pool, a 3,000-square-meter lot, unspoiled views of the natural landscape, and ocean sunsets is built next to “Montaña Quemada,” an unspoiled and natural mountainous area on the southern side of the traditional and unspoiled village of Tindaya. The villa faces south and west and therefore offers breathtaking views of the ocean-facing hills. Our villa is eco-friendly and takes advantage of Fuerteventura’s 365 days of sunshine and natural light to operate efficiently. We are proud to have helped reduce pollution on Fuerteventura, which is 100% energy self-sufficient. We recycle all wastewater from the villa, thereby ensuring zero environmental pollution. The villa is fully equipped and furnished to the highest standards. There is a spacious, open-concept kitchen with panoramic windows overlooking the hills, integrated into the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances: there is a microwave, an oven, a large refrigerator and freezer, a blender, an orange juicer, a drip coffee maker, a coffee machine that doesn’t use coffee grounds, a moka pot, a toaster, a mixer, a kettle, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. All appliances are A+ energy-efficient. There is a spacious living room with two large sofas. There is a DVD player and a Hi-Fi surround sound system with an iPod/iPad connection. Between the kitchen and the living room is a large table that seats eight people. From the kitchen and living room, you have a wonderful view of the mountains, the gardens, the illuminated pool, and the sun setting over the ocean. Next to the living room and dining area is a pergola, where you can sit in the shade on the rattan sofas or enjoy a meal alfresco at the outdoor dining table
Villa Lala features three bedrooms with high-quality beds, latex pillows, and cotton bedding. There are two bathrooms, both with large showers and double sinks.
The barbecue runs on natural gas, so there’s no need for messy charcoal—and you can control the temperature!
For those with young children, we provide the following upon request: a baby bathtub with bath toys (rubber ducks), a nightlight, a foldable playpen (1.5 x 1 m), a high chair, playmats, a cot with a mosquito net, plates, bowls, and children’s cutlery,
The house is located in a very quiet area, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet in complete privacy. "Villa Lala" features a large garden, a large infinity pool (9 m x 4 m), and a sunny terrace
Some activities during your stay: - Windsurfing, surfing, kitesurfing, SUP, kayaking, diving, and much more - Visit the local and traditional markets - Visit Oasis Park (about a 1-hour drive): here you’ll find the world’s largest cactus gardens and can watch bird shows. - Take a boat trip to the small island of Los Lobos (6 sq km) or go out on a boat with the locals!
Fuerteventura is known for its waves and wind. We’re both surfers and kite surfers, and we’re happy to offer local tips on off-the-beaten-path spots and secret getaways away from the crowds (weather permitting!)
The island has plenty to offer besides surfing: Go on excursions by quad, buggy, or enduro bike—all kinds of activities: hiking, biking, horseback riding at “Finca Julie,” golf, sailing, scuba diving, big-game fishing, spearfishing, kayaking, a day trip on a catamaran, or spend a day on a safari. - Take a day trip by boat or catamaran to Lanzarote. - You can visit the wellness spa in Corralejo (Barcelo Hotel).
