Charming duplex apartment in Corralejo, next to the Natural Park, its impressive dunes and crystal clear beaches. With a cosy atmosphere and a terrace perfect for relaxing, it is ideal for couples, small families or friends. It can accommodate up to 4 people, has Smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning and is located in a quiet complex with a communal swimming pool. An excellent option to enjoy Fuerteventura in comfort.  
  
This apartment is distributed over two floors, designed to offer comfort and functionality. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a king size bed made up of two single beds and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, and a fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living-dining room. The living room has Smart TV and direct access to a private terrace with outdoor dining area, perfect for breakfast in the sun or relaxing moments. Upstairs, a second bedroom with double bed completes the space, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or excursions.  
The residential complex offers a communal swimming pool, garden areas and parking, all in a quiet and well-kept environment.  
  
Located in Corralejo, one of the most vibrant areas of Fuerteventura, in a peaceful setting well connected to the Natural Park, stunning beaches just a short distance away, and a wide range of leisure options, water sports, and local cuisine. Nature, relaxation, and fun in a privileged environment.  
  
The property includes a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron, air conditioning in the living room, bed linen and shower towels, parking, and all the necessary elements for a comfortable and pleasant stay.  
  
  
The swimming pool and pool bar are available from 9am to 9pm. The complex has a coin-operated laundry service.  
  
Please note that the flat does not have a cot or high chair, so it is not suitable for babies.  
  
The swimming pool is currently undergoing maintenance.
