Nice apartment surrounded by well-kept gardens with native plants in a very quiet and central complex at the same time. Large terrace with fabulous views of the gardens, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets.  
Renovations have recently been carried out in the apartment, the bathroom has been modified, replacing the bathtub with a shower, etc.  
An ideal place to spend family holidays.
