There is plenty of towels, laundry equipment, cleaning equipment and store cupboard basics like salt, oil, sugar etc. The beds are very comfortable with additional bedding and blankets in case it drops cool. Onze zoon sliep op de slaapbank, van zeer goede kwaliteit. Goede inloopdouche, mooi ingericht. Terrasje, met lekker veel wind en zicht op de tuin. Eigenlijk alles wat je nodig hebt. Vlakbij supermarkten, shops en restaurantjes. Wandelafstand naar oude stad met leuke restaurants en terrasjes. Zandstrand en zee ook kortbij. Waterpark aan de overkant van de straat. Domein heeft 3 kleinere pools, waarvan een vlakbij dit appartement. Lekker rustige pool met ligbedden, volledig omheind. klein minpuntje : slaapkamer is aan de straatkant, dus ook al is het rustig gelegen, toch al eens kans op lawaai van de straat als je met open raam slaapt. Anche se con ritardo desidero lasciare una recensione su questo alloggio. Abbiamo soggiornato ad Aprile di quest'anno per 35 giorni nell'appartamento del Sig. Tony e possiamo dire che in tre, ci siamo trovati molto bene e le ns aspettative sono state confermate nei fatti. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra all'interno di un curatissimo residence, immerso in un parco di vegetazione tropicale ben curato e tranquillo, con vialetti e piante fiorite come da foto. In posizione comoda centrale, adiacente alla via principale della cittadina , con negozi , banche, supermarkets e servizi vari, si raggiunge anche il mare e le spiaggette attrezzate. Oltre il porto, anch'esso raggiungibile a piedi, c'è una magnifica e lunga passeggiata lungomare con panchine, dove si gode di una magnifica vista aperta sull'Oceano Atlantico e sull'isola di Lobos. Lungo la passeggiata si puo' fare anche movimento fisico con attrezzi ginnici fissati a terra o andare in bici lungo la corsia riservata !!! L'appartamento, confortevole e pulito, è fornito di tutto , biancheria da letto,da bagno e da tavola oltre a elettrodomestici , Wifi, tv, lavatrice, frigo, ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli, forno microonde, aspirapolvere,cassaforte ecc. tutto come da descrizione su internet. Per dormnire avevamo due belle camere da letto soleggiate , una la mattina, l'altra il pomeriggio, arieggiate asciutte e luminose. Un ampio soggiorno-pranzo per mangiare. Tutto attrezzato, con gusto e praticità. La terrazzetta esterna è ideale per leggere, lavorare al computer, prendere il sole godersi il relax. Il Sig. Tony, affabile e discreto, c'è ma non c'è, nel senso che la sua presenza rispettosa dell'altrui privacy, si materializza in caso di necessità e di aiuto per risolvere qualsiasi cosa e dà tante informazioni utili. Sempre con il sorriso . Qualcosa da migliorare? Il segnale del WI FI dentro casa, a volte, non è eccellente . Inoltre , per chi come noi, non amava uscire tutte le sere per ristoranti locali, dove peraltro abbiamo mangiato piu' volte molto bene, a prezzi convenienti, le due piastre elettriche dell'angolo cottura, sono risultate un limite per preparare i cibi secondo le nostre le nostre abitudini. Sicuramente cmq, abbiamo passato una serena e bella vacanza e consiglieremmo volentieri questo appartamento ad altri amici. Un grazie al Sig. This review was submitted before 2018 and has not been verified. ### 8/10 Good #### Gabriele C. 11 Dec 2015 #### Soggiorno a forteventura 15 gg L'immobile era come descritto dall'inserzione , la posizione vicina al fulcro della via principale della cittadina di carralejo , è ottima , nonchè poco distante da un centro commerciale con un iperdino alimentare ottimamentae rifornito per l'approvvigionamento alimentare anche in assenza di un mezzo di trasporto, per i bimbi difronte alla via c'è un parco giochi con dei gonfiabili e una pista di quad per bambini. nel residence sono presenti 4 piscine una delle quali vicina all'appartamento . L'appartamento PULITISSIMO e la dotazione della cucina è ottima comprensiva addirittura di tostapane forno microonde fon in bagno ecc, la cordialità del proprietario anno reso la vacanza piacevole , le indicazioni di tony sono state utili , una perdita di acqua avvenuta durante la vacanza è stata prontamente riparata da un tecnico e da tony sempre presente per qualsiasi problema . grazie Toni ! ##### Gabriele C. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo delizioso appartamento dal 16/7 al 6/8/2015, e non abbiamo trovato nulla di negativo!solo comodità e bellezze! L'appartamento è comodo e super accessoriato, curato in ogni dettaglio, molto più carino degli altri appartamenti che abbiamo avuto modo di scorgere nel residence, disponibili libri in varie lingue da poter leggere, lavatrice, moka, spugne, biancheria da cucina e non, e molto molto altro! La posizione all'interno del residence direi che è la migliore, vicino alle piscine(ben 4!),ma non proprio a ridosso dove tutti ti possono togliere un po' di privacy; zona sempre ventilata, casa fresca anche quando fuori c'è poco vento, sonno non disturbato da alcun tipo di rumore. Il residence è curatissimo, giardino tropicale stupendo, vicino ad un piccolo centro commerciale dotato di supermercato, comodo per la spiaggia"cittadina" di Corralejo raggiungibile a piedi per chi non vuole noleggiare un'auto, comodissimo per la passeggiata serale sulla via principale di negozi, ristoranti e locali, fino alla zona del porto, davvero caratteristica. Ultime due parole sul proprietario, Toni, di una disponibilità e di una gentilezza uniche, anche con chi, come me, ha fatto mille domande e mille richieste prima e durante il soggiorno! Sono stato nell'appartamento per quasi 2 mesi con degli amici. L'appartamento é bellissimo a due passi dal centro e dalla spiaggia di Corralejo. Proprietario molto simpatico e disponibile. La zona e tranquilla a due passi dal centro. La notte si riposa bene e il posto per l'auto non manca. I servizi offerti corrispondono all'inserzione e ce tutto il necessario per vivere. Appartamento perfetto in posizione assolutamente strategica. Posizionato in cima alla via più bella (Nuestra Senora del Carmen ) di Corralejo. L'immobile è dotato di ogni confort e arredato veramente con gusto. I miei due piccoli bambini si sono veramente sentiti come a casa propria. There was also plenty of parking places should you rent a car. I stayed a bit over 2 weeks in November and enjoyed my stay. Accogliente, profumato e ricercato in ogni dettaglio ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Corralejo più che piacevole!
