"Welcoming and helpful staff and lovely hotel - nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Room was spacious and comfortable - with shampoo, conditioner, hand and body lotion included. Pool was small but still with enough room for thy kids to enjoy and there were enough sun loungers and shade to accommodate plenty of people. Breakfast was delicious and with plenty of choice and staff were very quick to keep levels of drinks and food topped up - there were also plenty of restaurants and food outlets available within a short walk. Very lovely stay and would stay again!"

"Very good value and quiet. Regarding staff, only Carlos (Security) was very helpful but the rest of the staff seemed uninterested and did not bother to greet me when I went past, even when I said Hi. The pool was a great extra to have"

"This is a great hotel! Yes it is 'out of town' but it is only a 10 min walk to a metro station on line 4 which takes you into the centre in no time at all. The area is not pretty but nor is it 'sketchy', we felt perfectly safe walking around there. Near to the beach and the Diagonal Mar shopping centre. We have a teen and a tween and chose this hotel specifically for the quadruple family room and the rooftop bar which didn't disappoint. The room was huge and had a bed for each child and a separate toilet/sink in addition to the lovely main bathroom. The only downside was a lack of clothes storage space given the size of the room. There is a table with chairs, a TV, safe and a mini bar too. The rooftop bar and pool are fabulous. The pool is not a kids pool but is big enough for older kids and adults to have a swim in. Plenty of sun loungers and shade. The prices of wine and beer very competitive for a hotel, though cocktails were a little pricey. We ate at the rooftop bar and the food was great, especially the falafel! Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful, especially at reception and the rooftop bar. Our room was really clean but our cups were never changed and our coffee was never replenished. We had an issue with a water leak in our room and had to change rooms but it was done very efficiently and with apologies. If we return to Barcelona we would stay here again."

"Shoutout to William and Danny who made our stay so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend to stay here for two solid reasons: first the location is in a fantastic neighbourhood where you are walking distance away from the beach, parks, and local shops. Second the amenities are great here: 2 pools, delicious bfast, gym with sauna and massage chairs. Our room was quiet and clean. There are quirky and clever touches everywhere, we loved the vibe. The only feedback we have is that the hallway smells of old/musty carpet. Not sure there’s a way to air out the hallways. 10/10 and highly recommend."

"Great size room for a family of 4 and very clean. Breakfast buffet was great to quickly get the day started. 10 minute walk to the beach but otherwise a 10-15 minute cab ride to most top locations but Ubers were very reasonable. If you are going to do half City attractions and then some outside exploration with a rental car this is a great location. Wish it had a pool with the summer heat, it’s affiliated with another hotel a few blocks away with rooftop pool access but not really worth the walk, it’s an oversized bathtub. If you want to rent a car you can grab one in the Hilton Diagonal Mar lobby. Overall a good, very clean hotel."
