"I checked in early and expected an early check in fee. It’s was 49$ . Then informed receptionist that we were leaving before breakfast the next day. I asked if I could enjoy the breakfast the day i checked in instead of check out day. Was told no. Breakfast cost us over $40. So we between the early fee and breakfast it doubled the cost of room . I understand policies but staff was pretty rigid and not trying to accommodate. In the room: it was clean. Showers fantastic! Terrible A/C, stuffy room. Beds were uncomfortable. We traveling to PC quite a bit and this hotel is off our short list for choices."

"not happy with this stay! From the beginning and now today …. This place is not what it looks to be …. It is roach infested!!!!!!!! I finally came back from a long day , we are here for my mother in laws funeral , I am exhausted…. Yesterday morning I saw 1 roach … didn’t make too big of a deal because the place seemed to be clean … well I was wrong … as I was getting ready for bed .. there it was another roach in my bed … crawling on my pillow …. Another in the shower and another on the kitchen counter…. This is not ok …. I can even go to sleep in this place … the fact that they even have a roach motel under the kitchen sink tells me the host was well aware of this issue !!!!! I want to speak with someone immediately! I have videos and pictures to prove this matter ! To top it off the host does not contact back on any of our previous issues when we checked in on a timely manner this is unacceptable. The check in process horrible The low supplies like tissue etc! The rules and regulations told at the last day before check in Host contact with communication! And then the WORSE … THE Roaches!!!!!! I’ll never book here everrrrrrrrrr again! "
