I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the staff was welcoming and friendly, my experience was far from satisfactory. The so-called “resort style” ambiance was disappointing, primarily due to inadequate facilities. There was no air conditioning in the dining area, and even if there were, the temperatures were excessively high, making it uncomfortable to eat. This raised concerns about the safety of the food served under such conditions.
Additionally, we faced a significant issue with the hot water—there was none throughout our entire stay, which was quite inconvenient. The cleanliness of both the bathrooms and the bedroom left much to be desired, which further detracted from our experience.
Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay was plagued by these issues, overshadowing any positive aspects.
