Grill and dining table on front patio worked well for us. Property management co was communicative, responsive to a couple of minor requests we had, and easy to work with. Location perfect as 1 block walk to Windansea Beach and also a coffee shop. We drove but could have walked to restaurant area on Pearl Street (El Pescador, Taco Stand, etc..)Facilities were clean, roomy enough as we only cooked one meal there. Plenty of towels and beach stuff. Kitchen well stocked . Nice eating area on outside patio by street (quiet street). Parking easy in front (1 car only). The place was ideal for our needs and wants . Would be tight bid spending a lot of time inside with a family —-but then no reason to do that in San Diego . Only downside was cost (750/nigh all inclusive) but this is high season. The outdoor spaces are unusable unless we sweep up the leaves and rotting berries that fall from the trees. The couch is really disgusting and the floors were not cleaned.
