\- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $40 fee per night, per dog. Up to 3 dogs allowed. We do not accept cats due to the homeowner's allergies. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee.   
\- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply.  
\- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.  
  
PLEASE NOTE!  
\- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental.  
\- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7\. The cameras are located on the driveway, the backyard and outside the front door  
\- There is a detached guest house (not part of your rental!) on the property in the driveway. A long term tenant resides in the guest house.   
\- Please be aware that your access is limited to the main house, and no other areas or structures are included in your arrangement.  
\- The backyard is fully fenced when both side gates are locked shut.  
\- The fireplace is not operational.  
  
CANCELLATION POLICY   
\- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee.  
\- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee).  
\- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment.  
  
Parties and Overoccupancy Policy:  
\- If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.

#### Wonderful place to stay in La Jolla!

I stayed here with two friends for a girls-weekend and we had an amazing time! The house is conveniently located, and we were able to easily get all around San Diego from here. The best part of the home is definitely the outdoor area, which we used every day. Everything was clean and comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The Shore House was a beautiful home perfect for our large family. It is close to restaurants, coffee shops, an ice cream store and the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoor area was beautiful and great for evening gatherings for BBQ and chatting around the fire.

This getaway was great for my family and I. Location was great. Near everything we wanted to do. Just a short walk to the shore. The amenities were great! Much of what we needed was there in the house. This location has so much to offer. Definitely will be booking again in the future.

I can not believe how accommodating this incredible property was for our vacation to California. We brought our 2 and 4 year old along with another family that had another 2 year old girl. This kids had a BLAST playing in the big backyard and having tons of room to run around in the house. We were able to walk to restaurants and the beach. We also did a day trip to Legoland and the drive was very easy. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious with tons of room for storage. The kitchen had been upgraded to have a large farm style sink and the cabinet drawers have a “soft close” which I have fallen in love with. Stop right now and book this property- you will have an incredible vacation in a quiet neighborhood and beautiful views!

#### Wonderful house in a great location!

The description of the Shore House as advertised was totally accurate. The bedrooms were spacious & private and the beds were very comfortable. The pull out sofa sleeper in the family room was perfect for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked and had nice appliances. A nice sized TV in the living room for watching the Super Bowl. The outdoor space at this home is amazing, lots of seating and beautifully landscaped yard with views of the ocean out front. Nice to have use of the gas grill and outdoor heaters. The setting of this house is in a very quiet neighborhood, off the beaten path, but still close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc. As our families gathered together due to a death in the family, we all agreed that the Shore House provided the perfect sanctuary.

#### Reasonable stay, <10 minutes walk to beach.

Stayed with family and with two small children. Good amount of space. Beds, showers, washer and dryer were all good. But having the main door to the outdoor patio busted was a big inconvenience.

Beautiful home! Everything is new. The kitchen is great. Lots of space. One of the sliding doors the the back patio was broken and covered with wood. Hopefully they will fix that soon. The instructions are a little confusing about the laundry. You can do laundry every day except Wednesday. Landscaping is beautiful. The sunset views are awesome. Great location! Short walk to the beach and downtown. Highly recommend it!
