- Luxury King Bed with memory foam and luxury linens

- 4-person dining table

- Air Conditioning, Heater (Split unit), and ceiling fan

- LCD TV w/DVD player, Cable, and WIFI



In addition, there is also a 250 square foot private patio perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm La Jolla summer afternoons. The patio comes equipped with a gas grill, full size patio heater, and outdoor furniture with comfortable seating for 4 and an outdoor table.



To ensure that you enjoy your vacation experience, we also provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and umbrellas.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties

This house is equipped with Air Conditioning (Split Unit)

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with La Jolla Vacation Rentals CA.

This unit allows two pets with a weight limit of 35 lbs or less, no pet is allowed without approval from management - there is a pet fee of $40/Night for anyone bringing a pet.

Bikes: Bikes are available to rent locally.

Parking notes: There is no parking in the driveway, only street parking is allowed. Availability is on a first come-first serve basis. Please DO NOT park in the driveway, as this is parking for the main house.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.



Guest Access:

All guests will receive an email with check-in instructions prior to their arrival. These will include access instructions and a keypad code to gain access to the keys to enter the home.

This home sleeps 2 people and has a maximum occupancy of 2. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.

Early check in is a $25/Hr fee from 12PM
