Absolutely dreamy. Cozy. Huge. Right on a super secluded beach. Surf spot right put front. We cooked all meals there and got fish from peacador up the street. Place is a 10/10\. The views from the home are incredible. It is located on a dead end street but very close to everything. You have to walk over the rocks to get to the beach, but the beach and the tide pools are very nice. The heated pool was also a great feature. The home is very comfortable and roomy. It was amazing! The heated pool was perfect even for our 50/60 degree weather. The spa was toasty in the evenings. The views were amazing. The location was the best. The beds were comfy. The home was well stocked. We rented a golf cart, expensive, but worth it. Yard great for kids. We used the inside and outside fireplaces daily. Excellent property, loaded with amenities, and. perfect location. Bonus? Hotel style white bedding and super comfortable mattresses. Pool has child fencing if necessary. Path to beach is also childproof. Furnishings are comfortable as well as stylish. Property listing stated heated pool but did not clarify a fee of $100 a day and minimun of 3 days. We did call on 2nd day with issue of one TV and call wasn’t retuned until 1 1/2 days later. Stair access to the public beach is a bit steep. Property management not very helpful when trying to determine any amenities. They also forgot to send us our access code. The beach access was treacherous…very disappointing since that was the principal reason I choose this house. There are ONLY 2 parking spaces . We were told to park blocks away for our other vehicles. There is a steep cement ramp without any handrails. This is the ONLY entrance to the house. At a minimum this should be disclosed. A handrail is a much needed addition. ##### Margaret C. The very nice reps met us at the house and walked us through. They assured us if there were any problems to give them a call. This was a great experience and we plan on coming back. They gave us the names of rental companies they work with and they had some surf boards and SUP on site when we arrived. The only work I had to do was cook, because I didn't ask for a chef. The beach was basically all ours, and it was memorial weekend! Kids loved the critters in the rocks and playing in the sandy surf beach. We left the back door open in the master up stairs at night so we could listen to the crashing waves and feel the cool breeze. All the basics were supplied just like a resort. We selected this home for its location and space and it worked well for 6 adults and 3 grandsons. We walked to dinner one night and cooked in the large kitchen when we weren't out and about. The first night was rather fraught as the large oven we needed to bake pizza and cookies didn't get quite hot enough. When we texted Stephanie the next morning, she immediately sent someone over to take care of it and a door that wouldn't lock. The door was fixed but the oven required a technician who came the next day and fixed the oven. The refrigerator and counter space worked well for cooking. When we weren't eating outside on the lovely oceanfront deck (our favorite place for breakfast and coffee and sundowners) we could all gather comfortably around the large table inside. The house includes an ample supply of glasses, dishes and cutlery and a wine cooler. The three master suites worked well, although as another reviewer pointed out, the master bath on the main level is a bit dated, but it worked well enough. The rooms for the grandsons also had ensuite bathrooms which sped up showering etc. Loved the fact that the pool was in a spacious side courtyard and protected from the ocean breeze. We enjoyed the pool and the spa, although we were surprised when informed a week before our arrival that heating the pool would be extra; there was an inconspicuous note on the VRBO listing that we missed. There was no indication that it was an option on the rental form unlike other VRBO homes we have rented. Spa heating is included and there were plenty of pool/beach towels.
