We rented this property for 4 nights and had a mixed experience overall. The location is excellent — close to the water with great access to nearby attractions — and the home itself was very clean and well-maintained. The rooftop area deserves a special mention as it was absolutely spectacular and a perfect spot to relax.However, we encountered several maintenance issues during our stay. The front door did not work at check-in, so we had to use an alternate entry. The dishwasher and wine cooler were not functional, the blinds didn’t work properly, and there was no TV remote on the main floor. Although the listing mentioned four bedrooms, the setup wasn’t ideal for three couples — the third bedroom had no closet, and the fourth had a bunk bed, which seemed better suited for kids.The hosts were quite strict about check-in and check-out times, showing little flexibility initially, though they eventually allowed a late check-out, which we appreciated.Overall, I would rate this property 4 stars due to its location, cleanliness, and rooftop view. Still, given the premium rate, we expected fewer functional issues and a bit more host flexibility.
