    I offer you a LARGE APARTMENT T3 with 2 real bedrooms.
    Ideally located in the city centre, 400m walk from the beach.
    Very important: you benefit from secure parking included in the price.
    All shops and amenities nearby.
    WIFI is offered.
    The apartment is south/north with 2 balcony-loggias.
    It is composed of: entrance hall with wardrobe.
    1st bedroom with bay window: 1 double bed of 140, large cupboard .
    2nd bedroom with bay window: : 2 beds of 90 (bunk beds) plus a 3rd bed + storage.
    Large living room with a sofa bed (120), large cupboard, storage, large dining table, TV. Maximum capacity: 6 people.
    Kitchen: fridge with freezer compartment, hob, microwave, coffee maker (filter or Senseo)
    South balcony-loggia with small table and chairs. south-facing.
    Bathroom with bath.
    The toilets are independent.
    Washing machine, ironing board and iron.
    Baby: travel cot provided.
    You have a bicycle or stroller room, closed.
    The residence is secure and watched over by a permanent caretaker.
    I ask you to take care of my apartment. Thank you. Cleaning to be done by you at the end of your stay.
    Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request:
    20€ for 2 people then 5€ per extra person.
