Gite on the ground floor of the house, with independent access, comprising an entrance (ski room), a living room-kitchen lounge area (Chromcast TV, 1 sofa bed for 2 people), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm) with private bathroom (shower and WC), a small cabin bedroom without opening to the outside (2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm), separate WC. Terrace. Limited telephone and internet network depending on the operators. Possibility of accessing the sauna and spa in the residence opposite the gite (paying and by reservation). House comprising 2 gites, nestled in the heart of a picturesque hamlet in a mountain cirque, in a natural setting, between meadows and forests. Enjoy optimal comfort and the authentic character of a mountain chalet. A large 28 m² terrace, closed, awaits you with its dining area and plancha. Private parking. Located 100m from the slopes of the Domaine Evasion Mont Blanc (445km of ski slopes) with a shuttle to La Giettaz in winter only. Cross-country skiing in Praz sur Arly 10km away. Privileged location of the Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the famous Route Grandes Alpes, a prestigious tourist route for motorbikes, cyclists and cars: access to La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand via the Col des Aravis. Walks and marked trails from the cottage. Magnificent hikes in the Beaufortain and Aravis massifs including the famous GRP Tour du Pays du Mont-Blanc. 53km away, Chamonix, a world-renowned town for hikers and mountaineers.
