Great breakfast great staff fantastic location. Great pools that one was heated another for kids and a big hot tub. I would absolutely stay there again. I had a room with a Volcano view! Rent a car it's the greatest way around. Roads while narrow in some spots are in excellent condition.

From the first day at the hotel I was In shock the rooms were beautiful the amazing view of the volcano the trail is a must and the spa was amazing the pool area was relaxing and the location was central to everything. I will do this hotel again

This place has a breathtaking view of the Arenal Volcano. A hike in the national park doesn’t even get you a close. The location was great, just 10 minutes from the hustle and bustle of La Fortuna. It felt like a jungle retreat more than a resort and the breakfast buffet was delicious.

This place was so beautiful and peaceful! We went during rainy season and it was still soo pleasant! The greenery around the hotel was beautiful! We also felt very safe because they didn’t just let anyone come in after hours. It’s very peaceful walking around! The breakfast from the menu was the best! The buffet breakfast is okay. The staff was very helpful also and it was very clean! We have a great view of the volcano (when it decided to reveal itself) from our room

The staff where friendly and very attentive. Accommodated my stay as needed. The breakfast buffet was amazing with many different options to choose from! The hotel is conveniently situated at the heart of Fortuna. Will definitely be staying with them again soon!
