What a great place. Our room may have been small, but it was perfect for what we needed. Location was easy walk to lots of restaurants and stores. There was a shared kitchen with a fridge and microwave which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great and we even had a few choices of what to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Great value for the price. Breakfast was delicious and quick, and it’s a close walking distance to most things in downtown La Fortuna. The staff was very nice. The beds were quite uncomfortable but there’s AC, a kitchen, and everything else was great and clean.

Overall good. Very accommodating staff. Facility's old but in a fair condition. Air conditioned room with full kitchen. One really major downside was that the room was infested with insects (ants, flies and mosquitos) and we all got bitten the first day. Asked for pest control and the staff was responsive but to no avail....

The property location is not the same as listed. The property is located just outside the main town. The property facilities and staff were great. Information of breakfast times were not provided, which would have been nice. Breakfast was delicious when I did have it. Parking on the premises is good. Property checkout times stated were incorrect. Checkout time is actually 11am. Staff were very accommodating when I showed them the listing. Enjoyed my stay in a quiet neighborhood, can be daunting walking back late night. Crooms were immaculately cleaned and had very good water pressure with hot water.

Hotel Alicia was an easy walk to the centre of La Fortuna and lots of restaurants. Our room was small, but clean with comfortable beds, with a large separate bathroom. I would have liked a lamp on the bedside table as the lighting in the room wasn't that good. The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of four options, that was freshly cooked for you. The staff were very friendly and helped us book a trip to a local hot springs which was much appreciated. An excellent hotel, especially if you are on a budget.

I loved my stay and the price. Clean room. Nice staff. The only thing was the dog barking on and off all night next to room 5. The room with a kitchen. It was a private property and the dog was barking on and off all night long and it was completely an utterly annoying. The breakfast was good. I like the place. I liked the location and I like the staff.
