Private setting great views full kitchen bath Elk Hunting/Fishing ATV/UTV Trail
2023 Salem Grand Villa 42FLDL is yours fresh for Elk Hunting season or those atv/utv trails. Its fully stocked with all your kitchen needs: full refrigerator, utensils, dinnerware, glasses, silverware, pots n pans, towels, coffee bar including a Keurig K-Due, fresh coffee beans from my favorite mercantile in the area, local honey, olive oil, & all your coffee add ins. We do not provide paper products for the kitchen.
We have a small creek that runs the back of the property that is perfect for the kids! We love spending time playing in the water & sitting on the reading rock.
All linens supplied along with those rainy-day games, books, puzzles, & a fully stocked adult backpack for your hiking needs.
Our rig sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The double bed loft area can comfortably hold 2 people per mattress. walk in shower - 20 gal hot water heater (no short showers here) - central vacuum - 50-inch smart tv- washer/dryer - tall ceilings - plenty of storage & closet space - 6-person gas grill & picnic table - firepit - gazebo
We love animals but we have a NO PET policy INSIDE the rv.
The area is an Elk hunter paradise. We have 2 sinful ice cream shops nearby & several boat ramps, marinas, & beaches within a 5 min. drive. ATV trails are 2 min. away.
