This brand new beautiful 4500 sq. ft. lakefront home sits on Norris lake near the Cedar Creek Road jumping bridge landmark in the popular Lakeside Estates. The Norris Nook is tucked into the wooded mountainside facing the lake for a panoramic view of the mountains and water. Our house will be mirrored off our other property Waker’s Paradise but with a few upgrades.

A large kitchen & family room on the main floor, plus kitchenette with bar on the lower level. A laundry room & family room on the middle level. A 2 story private dock with covered slip, electric outlets, dock furniture and a slide! In addition, we have a dedicated parking. Free internet, long distance and cable. 
The main floor features a vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, double wall oven, 2 dishwashers, gas range, and 2 refrigerators. For dining, you’ll have 2 large tables and a large island/bar with additional seating. The large covered deck overlooking the lake has tables, chairs, and a large commercial grade gas grill for large groups. There are 2 bedrooms with King beds & 2 baths on the main floor. The master bedroom walks out onto the large top deck and has a private bathroom. Finally, there is also a family room with a large screen TV and 3 couches.
The middle level features a family room with a large screen TV and 2 couches. Two rooms on this level have King beds, a private bathroom, and one walks out to the large covered deck. Another room includes a King bed with Full size bunks and Jack and Jill bathroom. The other room has a Queen and Twin bunks. The laundry room which includes 2 dryers and washer is also on this level.
The lower level features a large rec room with a Ping Pong table, Billiards Table, Air Hockey, a kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, ice machine, a wet bar and a half bath. There is also a TV room for viewing, gaming, and relaxing, with 2 couches.. There are 3 bedrooms on this level, 1 being a bunk room (King bed plus a set of Full size bunk beds w/ pullout twin) with a private bathroom. Another room includes King bed with a private bathroom. The other room includes a Queen bed with Twin bunks and a private bathroom. The covered deck on this level features a lighted hot tub, with an outdoor TV, and additional seating. This is a NON SMOKING home. Minimum age 27 years to rent.
Lakeside Estates is situated on 188 acres of scenic mountain land, and surrounded by a private cove on Norris Lake. Lakeside Estates features a gated entrance, walking trail, private boat ramp, boat trailer parking, city water, minutes from several full service marinas and restaurants, and a short ride or drive to a golf course.
This part of the lake is considered seasonal water and prior to April and after September, our cove can look more like a river than a lake, there is no guarantee that you ll have access to the dock but the boat launch is available year round.
