"The hotel is Ok , but I was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. The service was not 5 star as several times the first answer was always NO , until a second person from the staff heard what was happening and came “for the rescue”. The furniture needs renovation, the sofas in the rooms and lobby look really old , the bed covers look extremely old and have to be changed, they give a really first bad impression the first time you enter the room. The breakfast is Ok but no so special for a 5 star hotel. The location is not bad , 15-20 minutes walk to the historic center where most of the life is . There are no many hotel options in Alghero but this is no reason for a “5 star” hotel not to excel."

Finishing the evening upstairs in the Blau room for nibbles and drinks before bed . A big shout out to all the staff at this hotel especially claudio behind the bar !! Definitely worth a stay . Breakfast was delicious, and the amazing caffè by Adriano each morning was definitely a highlight! We also loved the convenient location, just a short drive from beautiful La Pelosa Beach and the charming town of Stintino. A lovely Sardinian gem that we would happily return to and highly recommend! 🇮🇹🌊☀️"

The only small issue was parking situation, when most of the time we were able to get a free parking across the road from hotel, but due to celebrations in August, there were evenings, when we had to leave the car at nearby restaurant and walk back 10min, or else wait for someone to leave the parking spot."
