"Great location for visiting Indiana Dunes, and rooms look right onto the lake."

"There was too much goose droppings on the parking lot. You had to constantly watch where you were stepping. Our first three nights were very good. The fourth night was difficult. A wedding party was booked. They were in the hallway being loud and rowdy, At 10:00 I had to step out and confront them. Afterwards, when I would start to fall asleep, they would wake me up, for the next two hours they were going back and forth to each others rooms, slamming doors and being loud. At 1:00 am I got out of bed, went to the front desk and complained - the desk person must have done something because it quieted down. Perhaps a staff person taking an occasional, intentional walk down the hallways could nip this in the bud. At any rate I did not get much sleep that last night."

"We liked it was tucked back off a main road and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was unattended and food was cold. The rooms are in major need of a remodel, very 80s feel. I would stay again for 1 night but would NOT stay longer than that. Being so close to a National Park there's alot of potential there just needs to be updated and maybe managed better"

"When I checked into my room I was getting ready to take a shower and noticed that I had forgotten my shampoo/conditioner. There were 2 complimentary shampoo bottles in the bath but no conditioner. I called the front desk and asked if they had any and the front desk attendant brought 2 bottles of conditioner right up to my room! Great service!!!"
