Exceptional, fully renovated apartment of approximately 55m² with a living room and open-plan kitchen, tasteful décor, quality furnishings, and a balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and islands. A spacious bedroom with an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower), a queen-size bed, and a good quality mattress. High-end amenities in a sought-after residence located between the sea and the village. A communal swimming pool is available. The D-Day landing beaches are accessible on foot via a path that winds through the vineyards to the sea, in about 20 minutes. The village of La Croix-Valmer and its shops are a 5-minute walk away. Private parking within the residence. Fiber optic internet connection available on site. Linen rental available. End-of-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee (€75).
