New 2018: new mattresses and duvets at your disposal. a Nespresso machine is at your disposal in addition to the classic coffee maker. Beautiful sunbeds and garden furniture revisited! Shady terrace for your meals outside facing the magnificent view over the bay of Cavalaire and the islands of Levant and Port Cros. Located in a quiet part of the peninsula of St. Tropez, and central to visit the coast from Le Lavandou to St. Raphael. The beach is 700 meters away and can be reached on foot. Numerous beaches and coves of fine sand along the bay of Cavalaire and Cap lardier. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit. Das Haus hat ein paar Kleinigkeiten, in Ausstattung und Einrichtung die "etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind", und wir denken, mit ganz wenig Aufwand ist das Haus eine kleine Perle! Die überdachte Terrasse ist wunderschön für's Essen draußen und laue Abende. Ein Mückenschutz vor den Terrassentüren wäre toll, wir fahren seit mehr als 15 Jahren nach La Croix Valmer und das Problem stellt sich immer wieder. Das Haus ist insgesamt geräumig, man hat ausreichend Platz, auch draußen und auch für die Autos. Wir hatten eine völlig Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, sowohl bei der An- als auch bei der Abreise. Leider ist die Straße in der Nähe tagsüber zum Teil sehr befahren. Manche Autos rasen leider sehr schnell. Da das Grundstück ohne Zaun ist, musste mein Hund die ganze Woche an der Leine sein. Nachts war es ruhig. Die Küche ist ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Mir hat jedoch ein Wasserkocher für meinen Tee gefehlt. Aber dafür gab es 3 Kaffeemaschinen. Das Einzige was wir wirklich richtig schlecht fanden, war die Queen Size Matratze in meinem Zimmer. Ich kann auch auf harten Matrazen schlafen, aber die ist nicht nur hart, sondern man spürt jede Sprungfeder durch den Bezug hindurch. Ich habe noch eine Decke über die Matraze gelegt,mich jedoch weiterhin wie ein schlechter Fakir gefühlt. Es hat nichts gebracht. Nach drei Tagen war ich komplett gerädert. Meine mitreisende Freundin war so nett mit mir die Matraze zu tauschen, aber auch sie kam mit den Sprungfedern der Matraze nicht zurecht. Sie hat dann aus dem dritten Zimmer eine Einzelmatraze geholt und auf die schreckliche gelegt und dann ging es. Das Wichtigste in einer Unterkunft ist, dass man gut schlafen kann. La mer est accessible à pied(environ 700m) mais uniquement pour les jeunes sportifs compte tenu de la déclivité…! L’environnement est très calme ,verdoyant ,loin de la circulation La propriétaire ( que nous n’avons pas vue) a été très arrangeante lorsque nous avons rencontré un petit souci d’accessibilité lié à la présence d’une personne âgée de 90 ans en fauteuil roulant. Maison idéalement située à quelques pas de la belle plage de Sylvabelle et à proximité de la pointe sauvage du cap Lardier. Vue imprenable sur les îles du Levant. La maison était bien adaptée à la taille de notre groupe (2 couples et 2 bébés) cependant une porte aurait été appréciable pour bien séparer l'espace de vie (salon + cuisine) des chambres et éviter ainsi que les bruits de casseroles et TV ne puissent parvenir jusqu'aux chambres. D'autre part les gonds de toutes les portes mériteraient un bon coup de graisse. Ça grince de toute part ! Des matelas plus larges auraient été appréciables et l'un des 2 matelas est tout simplement à changer (très dur). Sinon la maison est agréable à vivre. La cuisine (qui est cependant bien équipée) et les salles de bain mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement. Deux ventilateurs n'auraient pas été superflus car les chambres sont orientées plein sud ainsi qu'un parasol pour pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur en journée. La propreté des lieux (sol, poussières sous le canapé et sur les luminaires, buanderie à ranger et à débarrasser) est perfectible tout comme le mobilier qui n'est pas d'une très grande qualité (tables de nuit par exemple, rideaux, lampes de chevets...). Enfin, la voie d'accès à la propriété est vraiment très raide et mon véhicule touchait le sol (véhicule long) mais j'ai pu le laisser plus haut en toute sécurité. ##### jeremy m. Genutzt haben wir in erster Linie die Terrassenmöbel, drinnen sind wir nicht gesessen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es gibt auch ausreichend Kleiderbügel. Es war angenehm ruhig dort. Wir haben unseren Kombi oben stehen lassen, da wir unten an der Hofeinfahrt aufgesetzt sind. Das hängt allerdings vom Auto ab. Da das Haus oben steht hatten wir einen tollen Blick. La terrasse de la maison est très agréable pour les repas, à midi comme le soir. Un seul problème : des matelas qui , bien qu'assez neufs, sont vraiment très inconfortables et empêchent de se reposer correctement la nuit ( c'était l'avis unanime des 5 personnes presentes). La région est magnifique. Une maison à mon sens idéale à la mi-saison car pour moi il me manquerai une piscine et la climatisation en plein été. La plage de Sylvabelle à 10 mn à pieds (attention escaliers) est géniale et en 5 minutes en voiture vous accédez à de grandes plages comme celle du débarquement. Parfaitement agencée pour 6 personnes. Sa situation permet de partir rapidement sur Cavalaire et sur le village de la Croix-Valmer, d'accéder sans encombre aux restaurants de plage, de faire ses courses, bref situation parfaite. Petits bémols comme un matelas trop ferme et un barbecue trop petit (électrique) ont été remontés au propriétaire. Equipement simple mais efficace et confortable. Nous gardons cette location dans notre carnet de voyage car elle a un très bon rapport qualité prix. Communication avec les proprietaries et gérante facile et sympathique. Super séjour même quand le soleil n'est pas au rdv car plein de choses à visiter ( Ramatuelle, Saint Tropez, Gassin, Etc...) Villa +++ ##### Corinne J. Très bien accueillis par Benedicte. Maison propre, agréable, spacieuse avec vue du haut sur la mer et les îles avec beaux couchers de soleil, petits déjeuners dehors même fin octobre. Terrasse qui entoure parfait pour jeux d’enfants, lecture. Cuisine américaine pour être ensemble en faisant de bons plats pour l’apéro. Tout est fonctionnel, pratique. Descendions à pied à la plage de Sylvabelle et en voiture pour les autres à Gigaro et Heraclèe et du Débarquement. On peut faire toutes ses courses à la Croix Valmer ou aux supermarchés Leclerc à Cogolin, Casino La Foux ou Cavalaire. Même les Urgences étaient à 10 minutes le dimanche pour le petit. I loved the views of the sea and surrounding landscape in a peaceful setting. This place checked a lot of boxes, such as views, relaxing atmosphere, proximity to a beautiful beach and St. Tropez. The furnishings were as shown in the images. The manager, Thierry, was responsive to our communications. The one hitch was that they failed to clarify anywhere that we needed our own linens! We had to buy sheets after arriving very late in the day. ##### Andrea R. La maison est spacieuse, très agréable à vivre et super bien située à quelques centaines de mètres d une petite crique accessible sans problème à pied. Le matin, au réveil, prendre son café en admirant de la terrasse la vue sur la mer ou encore mieux, ouvrir les portes fenêtre de sa chambre et redécouvrir à chaque fois cette vue magnifique, rien de tel pour un séjour reposant La clim pourrait être un plus mais nous y étions au moment de la canicule ##### pierre t.
