The view was amazing, we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, we slept well. Really appreciated the amenities, ice maker, Keurig and the Roku made our downtime more enjoyable. Would enjoy being here in the summer to truly appreciate the outdoor patio. Thanks again for the lovely time.
We had a lovely stay! Loved the short walk to the beach. It was a good place for us and our two young kids to stay and explore the area during the day. Thank you!
Great place close to everything we wanted to do. The place was clean and well taken care of. I messed up our reservation and the owners were extremely nice considering my screw up. I highly recommend this property.
This peaceful property is a great place to relax and is situated within a short walk to the beach. It is clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. We hope to find it available the next time we return to the area.
This was a comfortable ground-level suite, in a quiet & pleasant beachside neighborhood. Proximity to La Conner, Anacortes, Chuckanut Drive, Highway 20, made this also a convenient home-base for various day trips.
This unit was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and a great space to relax. It was exactly as represented on the VRBO website. We would definitely recommend it to others!
The property was perfect! So clean, everything you could wish for in the kitchen, lovely linens and amazing views! We could not be more delighted with our stay! 5 stars in every category!
We were thrilled with our stay. From the precious decor, to the absolute cleanliness of the property. It was quiet, had a FANTASTIC view, and a cute neighborhood. We LOVED our stay. I specifically loved that there was an air bed that I could utilize to keep my 4 year old in the room with us. The home felt cozy and safe. A pleasure to stay!
We really enjoyed our anniversary weekend! Clean property, decorated nicely in a beach theme. Comfy bed and two nice open sitting areas with comfy seating. Easy drive into La Conner which we enjoyed exploring. Best part is the short 2min walk down to the beach, which was a beautiful beach! Also so quiet at the beach and in the property. Definitely meant for relaxing!
Had a wonderful stay with our two young children. Check-in was easy, loved the convenient parking and step-less entry. The unit was perfectly clean and well-stocked. Really enjoyed easy access to the beach for morning walks before going to visit family in the area. Calico in La Conner was a great little spot for breakfast. Would recommend.
The suite is wonderful. Extremely clean and well stocked with everything a guest could want. The bed is so deluxe and comfortable. Spacious and quiet. Great sunsets, and my walks on the beach are unforgetable. We will return.
My wife and I did an anniversary weekend trip to La Conner. We enjoyed the home, has all the basics and a very comfy living room. 2 minutes from the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Like the San Juan islands, without the hassle of an understaffed ferry.
Check out the Deception Pass Tours boat, quick trip, about a 1 hour, perfect length. Nell Thorn restaurant has wonderful menu and drink options. Calico Cupboard Cafe was wonderful too.
This property was very enjoyable for us as we were looing for a place to not be and it was great. No work pressures or issues that required us to be attentive to anything other than rest and relaxation.
Or goal for the trip was to find my wife ancestors buried in the Bellingham and Custer area and we were able to find all that we were searching for.
Ranking this a 10+, pictures online are right on! But the overall feeling the moment I arrived was WOW! It's a gorgeous portion of the home, amenities above my expectations, very relaxing and comfortable, views from patio were great and walk to beach short. My family
in area visited and were jealous. Definitely referring this to all who want a get a way in the Pacific NW!!
The property was beautiful and a short walk from the beach. You can hear the ocean from the property, which was nice. The place was clean, the wifi was good, and the town was welcoming. Plus my 5 year old loved all of the open space. The bed and futon were both comfortable, and the cooking utensils came in handy. I said I wanted to visit La Conner before leaving Washington, and I’m glad I was able to do it here! My only regret is running out of time to write in the little book to reflect on our stay (that was a nice personal touch as well).
2 gal pals who have been high school friends for 55 years, stayed in the Hope Island Suite as we were in the area for the tulip festival in the Skagit Valley nearby. A very comfortable suite, in a quiet neighborhood, & very short walking distance to the water. Close enough to La Conner but far enough to feel remote. The property manager lives on sight which is SO MUCH BETTER than working with a mgmt company as the communication with them was wonderful. The living room area is very comfortable which is where we spent most of our time while there. A nice experience and would highly recommend.
