The cottage is ideally located between the Loire (30m) and the Priory of Charité-sur-Loire. Completely renovated accommodation with city balcony, independent entrance with staircase leading to the first floor of the gîte. In the immediate vicinity: bakery (just opposite), rental of electric bikes, tea room, pub, restaurants, craft and designer shops. Free car parks 2 mins walk. Stop 15 minutes in front of the gîte. Large living room with library. Two sofas including a rapido convertible (excellent 140x200cm mattress). The living room can be isolated from other spaces by curtains. Equipment: television, radio, wifi. Dining room adjoining the fitted kitchen. Equipment: fridge with freezing compartment, induction table with large oven, extractor hood, microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster. Upstairs : Large bedroom with double bed 160 × 200, dressing table and office area. Possibility to add a baby bed on request. The owners of the gite were incredibly helpful and always available if needed. The gite is spacious and charming and very well equipped. La Charité is a gem and being in the main street meant that everything was at our fingertips, from the boulangerie to bars to hairdressers. And a great auberge just around the corner. Unlike most old towns there is plenty of parking. I would recommend this delightful gite without hesitation. ##### virginia w.
