L'emplacement est top à un pas du centre ville sans avoir le bruit de la ville mais aucun extérieur (le balcon n'est pas exploitable car les oiseaux font leurs besoins dessus et la photo avec le portique ne fais pas partie du logement) l'immeuble est en restauration donc il y a des échafaudages et les alentours ne sont pas entretenus. La propriétaire nous a donné le code du wifi mais la box doit etre trop loin donc pas de réseau. Et il y a clairement un problème de canalisation avec des odeurs charmantes. ##### Marion A. Top pour une famille de 4/5 personnes avec de jeunes enfants. Le gérant est très agréable et nous a bien accueilli. Le logement est à 2 pas des termes, du parc Fenestre, des restaurants et commerces.
