Par ailleurs, le propriétaire est très sympathique et prévenant (le gérant est très bien également). Pourtant, l'appartement présente tout de même quelques défauts (une porte fenêtre qui ne ferme pas, l'un des stores qui ne fonctionne pas, la porte de garage qui est difficile à utiliser, une salle de bains très petite, une luminosité générale assez faible en soirée).
