Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 80 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). The accommodation is laid out as follows: \- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area \- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more \- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 2: two twin beds pushed together to form a double bed (140x190) \- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed \- A bathroom with shower \- A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.
