Gite adjoining another house, located in a residential area of La Baule. Enclosed garden of 340 m² with terrace and slide.  
Ground floor: lounge in the veranda, living room with separate open-plan fitted kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, and laundry room.  
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1: 1 double electric bed (140x190), 2: 1 double bed (140x190), 3: 1 single bed (90x190) and 1 single bed (140x190), bathroom/toilet.  
Additional amenities: freezer, tumble dryer, DVD player, stereo system, Wi-Fi access, and complete baby equipment + stroller.  
Included: gas heating, electricity.  
Not included: sheets, towels/household linens, and tourist tax. A mandatory cleaning fee is charged for business customers (€90). Guérande is 7 km away and Thalasso La Baule is 1.5 km away.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
