This modern 43 m² apartment with lift, completely renovated, is ideally located on the seafront. A simple glance through the window will remind you that the beach is just a few steps away, ready to welcome you for a day of relaxation and swimming. In addition to its proximity to the beach, it is located just a few metres from Avenue du Général de Gaulle, ideal for enjoying shops and strolling through the market. After a sunny day at the beach, you will be delighted to return to your apartment where every detail has been designed for your comfort. The living room, cosy, with its L-shaped sofa invites you to a moment of relaxation. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
