Very well located: beach and embankment at 50 m Residence in the opposite alley behind the waterfront, at the corner of Lajarrige Avenue, embankment side. A stone's throw from many food shops, supermarkets, caterers, bakeries, restaurants, tea rooms, cafes, press, bookstores. Street market on Tuesdays and Saturdays, plus Thursdays in July-August. Quiet residence. Elevator to the 4th, top floor on foot. Parking in the neighborhood is free. Small sunny and bright T2 type apartment located under the attic. 5th floor (last floor on foot). Two roof windows: on the sea side on a quiet street, on the other a wooded courtyard. Propriétaire fort sympathique, il nous a bien expliqué et conseillé et nous a libéré une place de parking pour débarrasser la voiture. L'appartement situé au 5e étage avec un ascenseur qui va jusqu'au 4eme. Le logement est propre fonctionnel. La cuisine a été refaite à neuf.1 couchage 1 personne dans le salon/cuisine, un lit 2 place 140cm dans la chambre et un petit lit d'appoint dans une petite pièce attenante à la chambre, qui fait aussi office de dressing. Idéalement situé à 1mn à pied de la plage de la Baule, et tout près des commerces (spar, carrefour city, restaurants, traiteurs et autre service. L'environnement est calme et agréable. On peut tout faire à pied, une borne de recharge est à 10mn à pied. Je recommande pour un week-end prolongé, à 4 ça peut paraître petit si on aime l'espace mais il est bien pensé. ##### Christophe B.
