We rent our pleasant T3 apartment of 62m2 + 20m2 south-west terrace, located on the 3rd and last floor with a view of the pines (private park planted with trees and reserved for the residence).
You are only a 10-minute walk from the beach, the train station, the Parc des Dryades, and the shops.
Fibre internet connection. Ideal for teleworking.
The very bright apartment consists of 2 bedrooms + sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom 1: with bed (180X200) and access to the terrace. Bedroom 2: with washbasin area, 2 beds (80x190). 1 sofa bed (140x200).
Bathroom bathtub (without swirl), separate toilet.
Kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle... Washing machine, dryer, iron, hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels, tea towels and basic necessities are provided.
Private parking space.
Accommodation without lift. No smoking. Pets not allowed. Cleaning by you (or package 90€).
Entry and exit on Saturday, or Sunday
