Charming apartment, fully renovated in 2024, located in the heart of the Lajarrige district of La Baule, close to shops and restaurants, 150 m from the large sandy beach (water sports, kids' club) and 900 m from the train station.  
Free public parking nearby all year round.  
Small balcony with outdoor furniture for 2 people.  
On the 2nd and top floor of a residence (no elevator): fitted kitchen open to the living room, separate lounge, laundry room, shower room, and separate toilet.  
Duplex: 2 bedrooms, including 1 attic bedroom (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 90x190 bunk beds + 80x200 sofa bed), and bathroom/toilet.  
Amenities included: Wi-Fi, baby bed/high chair, and dryer.  
Included: sheets (beds made upon arrival) and end-of-stay cleaning. Not included: Electricity, electric heating, towels, and tourist tax.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
