Its assets: south-facing, not overlooked, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets so that everyone can keep their independence. Wifi connection via fiber and TV. Golden neighbors in a residence with swimming pool OPEN JULY AND AUGUST and NOT HEATED. The apartment 60m2 apartment refurbished in spring 2020 for 4 people. Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, a living-dining room and a separate, fully-equipped kitchen. This south-facing apartment benefits from a small, fully-equipped balcony.
