Vinya: Holiday home for rent with private pool L´Escala

  • The villa is located in a quiet residential area. At the same time, it is only a 10-minute walk from the Riells beach in L\'Escala.

    Riells beach is very large, with fine sand and very shallow. On the Riells Beach Promenade, you will find a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, supermarkets, water sports, etc.

    The house has a very comfortable living room, a large and modern kitchen, very well equipped and open to the dining room with access to the terrace and the garden. Three bedrooms: two with a double bed each and one with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower.

    Outside, you will find a private pool and a large garden where children can play freely while you prepare the barbecue and enjoy lunch with friends.

    In total, the house can accommodate 8 people: two double beds (180cm and 135cm), two single beds (90 cm) and a bunk bed.



    Check-in: from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. To check-in on Sunday or on public holidays, contact the agency. Key collection location: the agency. A deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€300) and will be refunded within the next 7 days after check-out.

    Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.

    Mandatory services: Tourist tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking including one bath towel per guest, one hand towel and one bath mat per bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

    Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, highchair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in after 8:00 pm.

The outside area of the villa is great with a lovely pool, well kept garden and plenty of outside furniture Would have appreciated more towels, especially in the kitchen area. We had to buy a towel for use in the kitchen. Also a glove for removing hot dishes from the oven!

Woning perfect gelegen, op 15 min wandelen van strand en resto’s. Rustige ligging ook maar toch centraal. Enige minpuntje; airco voorzien in living maar niet in slaapkamers wat maakte dat het s’ nachts toch wel heel erg warm was (te warm) ramen hebben geen muggengaas dus ook geen optie om die open te zetten ter afkoeling. Aan de bedden is de matras eens aan vervanging toe, doorgelegen. Voor de rest naar Spaanse normen een net huis. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt.

La distribucion, el espacio exterior, todo muy agradable y perfecto La unica pega es que el garaje no tiene acceso directo al interior de la casa, pero esta dentro de la parcela.

La maison est d'une extrême propreté! très jolie et fonctionnelle. Emplacement parfait pour visiter la région. Garage très appréciable pour la voiture. Rien ne manque. Espace extérieur superbe, piscine sublime! La literie est ultra confortable! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et avons hâte du prochain. Merci à l'agence pour sa patience et son adaptabilité après les aléas de la situation Covid. Seul petit point qui peut être amélioré, mais qui n'a en rien gêné notre séjour: le mobilier salon qui mérite une révision. L'un des deux fauteuil est bancal et le canapé lit a perdu son confort. Mais ce petit salon a malgré tout fait son office!

Muy buena estancia.

En general, el conjunto de la villa. Perfecta para 6 personas. Ya en L'Escala, llamamos a la oficina para informar de una carencia y nos comentaron que lo revisarian y llamarian en 5 minutos. No recibimos tal llamada y tuvimos que ir a la oficina personalmente, unas horas después, para obtener una solución.

Bon lloc per descansar amb família.

La ubicació, zona molt tranquil·la, casa d'una sola planta, molt espai i la piscina privada. Un dels lavabos molt petit, l'aire condicionat no arriba a les habitacions i en particular una que el sol i toca tot el día és un forn, al pàrquing no hi cap el vehicle.

De ligging van het huis op 800 meter van het strand zodat onze kinderen van 16 jaar onafhankelijk van ons naar het strand kunnen gaan. Het huis is modern ingericht. Het beschikt over 3 volwaardige slaapkamers en in de living is nog een zeer goed uitklapbaar 2 persoonsbed. BBQ en terras benodigdheden zijn in orde. Het zwembad wordt voldoende onderhouden. Zeker een aanrader. Hou rekening dat er maar 1 airco aanwezig is wat betekent dat je best de slaapkamerdeuren openhoud. De kleinste doucheruimte is niet geschikt voor zwaarlijvige mensen. De 2e douche is perfect.

J’ai vraiment beaucoup aimé mon expérience. La maison est vraiment belle. Il y avait tout ce nous avions besoin. La décoration est au gout du jour et de qualité. La propreté de la maison était irréprochable. La piscine était vraiment belle ainsi que l’aménagement extérieur. La communication avec l’agence est vraiment facile. Ils sont vraiment serviable. Je recommande vraiment cette maison et cette agence.

Très agréable

Maison très agréable, très propre, literie correct, emplacement bien pas très loin du centre, belle piscine, endroit très calme. Il manque quand même un autre parasol car impossible de manger dehors le midi c’est en plein soleil tout le tour de la maison donc il faudrait un très grand parasol pour la grande table ou une tendue. Dommage nous n’avons pas pu manger dehors le midi. Il faut signaler également sur votre descriptif que le garage n’est pas fait pour les grosses voitures trop juste en hauteur.

29-06-2019 —-> 06-07-2019 Nous sommes partis à 8 (de 22 à 32 ans) Nous avons pu avoir les clefs plus tôt car elle était prête ( 12h30) . La villa était très propre et disposait de tout le confort nécessaire ( frigot, four, micro onde,machine à café , presse fruit , machine à laver etc, . La piscine était parfaite . J’y retournerai sans hésitation. La chambre avec les deux lits séparés ne sont pas top .
