The house faces south and is very sunny. 700 metres south you reach the municipality of Torroella de Montgrí where you can find different paths ideal for walking or cycling in the middle of the Mediterranean countryside.


By Riells beach there are shops, supermarkets, bakeries bars and restaurants. The centre of L’Escala is 2.000 metres away.
