Bruna: Beautiful house with private pool located in a quiet area

Cosy house with private pool and capacity for 6 people. The house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor are the kitchen, equipped with basic kitchenware, the living-dining room with access to the terrace, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation has air conditioning, heating, dishwasher and washer-dryer. The price includes WiFi, final cleaning, bed linen, towels and items for the stay. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, between the beaches of Riells and Cala Montgó, a few metres from a natural area with a small forest. Free parking is available in front of the house. This accommodation is only open to families. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours Monday to Saturday directly at the accommodation. To check in on Sunday, public holidays or outside these hours, contact the agency. Key collection point: at the accommodation. Before arrival, the contract will be signed online, a deposit will be paid as a security deposit by card (€300) and all remaining payments. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days after checkout.

Bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€11.90 per booking which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
