Well oriented single storey villa, completely renovated in May 2019 (new bedding, new kitchen, new tiles, new sofa etc ...) with 3-4 bedrooms located in a dead end, quiet and + -700 meters from the beach Bump!By bike it's 3 minutes!There are 2 bedrooms with double beds of 1m60, one bedroom with bunk beds and one bedroom with 1 pull-out bed. There are 2 shower rooms as well as 2 toilets. Private enclosed garden of 600 m2 and parking in front of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, garden table and chairs. Bikes available (2 men and 2 women). In July and August, we rent from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic jams on the bridge on Saturday morning (by popular demand!). She grew up in Noirmoutier. The house was everything we expected. Spacious, a well stocked kitchen, clean. The seating areas outside were wonderful. There are bike paths nearby that help you explore the island safely. Screens on the windows were awesome as mosquitos can be a problem on the island.
