About this property

Renovated house Ile de Noirmoutier (L'Epine), in a quiet dead end, garden!

  • Well oriented single storey villa, completely renovated in May 2019 (new bedding, new kitchen, new tiles, new sofa etc ...) with 3-4 bedrooms located in a dead end, quiet and + -700 meters from the beach Bump!By bike it's 3 minutes!There are 2 bedrooms with double beds of 1m60, one bedroom with bunk beds and one bedroom with 1 pull-out bed. There are 2 shower rooms as well as 2 toilets.
    Private enclosed garden of 600 m2 and parking in front of the house. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, garden table and chairs. Bikes available (2 men and 2 women). In July and August, we rent from Sunday to Sunday to avoid traffic jams on the bridge on Saturday morning (by popular demand!). For summer 2020, new terrace below the fig tree.

Precious house in L'Epine

We were here as a family for a celebration of my mom's life. She grew up in Noirmoutier. The house was everything we expected. Spacious, a well stocked kitchen, clean. The seating areas outside were wonderful. There are bike paths nearby that help you explore the island safely. Screens on the windows were awesome as mosquitos can be a problem on the island. This is a must if you like to sleep with a breeze. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

Sehr schönes, top ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse, aber fussläufig zum Strand und zum Yachthafen. Wir haben den Urlaub, gemeinsam mit unserem Hund sehr genossen.

Un séjour de qualité dans la maison de Diane. Très bien située sur la commune de l'épine, endroit très calme, au fond d'une impasse.Un bel espace pour manger dehors et s'y reposer.A proximité de la poste cyclable et d'une très belle plage.Diane est très réactive si vous avez besoin d'informations.Je recommande vivement si vous de journée à Noirmoutier

Gîte très chaleureux

Ce gîte est très bien aménagé. De plus et c'est assez rare, il possède toute la vaisselle, plats, ustensiles et appareils électriques nécessaires pour faire tous les plats souhaités (des verres à vin, un plat à tarte, des marmites pour faire cuire les araignées/tourteaux, des marmites individuels pour des moules, un appareil à raclette, fondue...). Diane est très sympathique et répond très rapidement à toutes les questions que l'on peut se poser. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour :)

Sehr angenehmes Haus in schöner Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus war groß genug und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war komplett und gut. Das Grundstück ist befriedet, so dass unser Hund und unser Enkelkind sich frei bewegen konnten. Die Insel und alles war super. Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort, es war nicht überlaufen. Wir kehren gerne wieder dahin zurück.

Un weekend à Noirmoutier

Emplacement de la maison, à l'épicentre de toutes les activités sur l'Ile de Noirmoutier. Logement fonctionnel, rien ne manque, tout est complet, propre, équipé, calme. Nous avons profité de la maison et des activités sur l'ile. Le temps était magnifique, rien à voir avec les bulletins de météo qui ne prédisent rien. C'était un super weekend. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Très bonne expérience

La maison est belle, confortable, toute équipée et propre, très bien localisée à l’Epine, proche des pistes cyclables, non loin des plages. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour, les propriétaires sont par ailleurs très disponibles et sympathiques. Je recommande chaleureusement.
