Come to this lovely 50 m² house located in L'Epine, perfect for 2 adults and 3 children. You can walk to the nearby beaches, a ten-minute walk will be enough to reach the Thibaudière beach, but you can also walk to Saint Jean beach. But don't forget to take your bike and explore the island and salt marshes. On summer evenings, come together around the barbecue so you can enjoy the terrace and savour good grilled food. The accommodation has all the necessary comfort so that your stay is pleasant and rejuvenating. The house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate up to 5 people. You will find a living room / dining room where you can share a good meal and then a good film on TV. As for the kitchen, it is fully equipped (refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric citrus press and kettle) so that you can prepare your dishes with ease. The housing lane is shared with the owner, but you have a private parking space. Elle est idéalement placée pour parcourir toutes l'ile. Le quartier est très calme et à 5 minutes à pied des premières plages.Coté équipement tout y est. Nous avons passé un agréble séjour. A noter qu'il n'y a pas de porte sur la chambre à l étage (mezzanine) qui donne sur le salon cuisine, ça peut être gênant pour les les fans de grasses matinées !. ##### Mikael K.
