What a charming, and perfectly located hotel. Shower was good and powerful. Room was sizeable and airy with good bed comfort. In the heart of the old town which is so charming. Would definitely recommend

This was an exceptional hotel. There isn't one thing I can say negative about it. Really high end. Looked and smelt great. Food and facilities were fabulous.

My husband and I arrived early for check in to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. Although our room was not quite ready we only had a 25 minute wait. We booked a sea view room with balcony which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was quiet small but more than big enough for 2 people. But the Balcony view was absolutely amazing. Really lovely place by the beach. Warm welcome from the lady who does the housekeeping. Lovely terrace, spacious clean room, with a lovely partial sea view. Good air con. Really handy to have a fridge in the room too! Could maybe do with some conditioner / shampoo, and is a little noisy from the road.

We (2 People) stayed at this hotel early November and it was a very good experience mainly because the staff put in such a lot of hard work to achieve this so Thankyou to all of them. The food and service in the restaurant is second to none i have experienced for the price paid, and the cozy downstairs bar has entertainment nightly, some of the acts are a bit hit and miss but if you are lucky enough to catch lizzie G (tribute to various artists) she's a real gem and the bar prices are...

Not much to criticise really. Pool could have been bigger so you could swim in it. Maybe a gym too. Staff are great. High end appliances in the apartments. Our "partial" sea view was pretty amazing. Sea one direction, mountains the other. Spacious too. Tram stop to Benidorm / Alicante about half a mile away.

All the staff at the hotel are always friendly, helpful and give you a heartfelt greeting on arrival. We have stayed here many times when visiting Pego and the surrounding area. The central location in Pego is perfect for taking in the local culture and the many restaurants that serve up local produce with great panache. Superbly maintained property and facilities. Close to tram and beach. Staff were very willing to assist in anyway possible. I would use again and highly recommend these luxury apartments.

My fiance and I have just returned from spending 3 nights at La Serena. From the moment we arrived we were treated like we were the only guests in the hotel & we were made feel so special. Check in was done very efficiently by a tall gentleman, while we were taken onto the sun terrace by a lovely lady and both of us given a glass of cava. Peaceful location with a lovely rooftop overlooking the mountains. Room was extremely comfortable clean and had been thought about with an amazing amount of detail to ensure you had the best stay possible. Lovely to sit outside and enjoy a great breakfast as weather fantastic. Good restaurants and the caves worth a visit together with turron museum.Fifteen minutes to the seafront. Stefan and his team explained everything well and ensured our visit was made perfect.
