Albir Apartment in House with Community Pool, with the Garden

A two-bedroom apartment with new slim Swedish wall radiators and air conditioners in every room, located in a small quiet urbanization in the charming Spanish seaside village of Albir, just a 10-minute taxi ride from Benidorm. The house is situated in a small urbanization of 9 properties and is in a quiet residential area. Fully equipped granite topped kitchen including dishwasher, a small refrigerator with ice-box, and the second large refrigerator with ice-box, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee-maker, orange/lemon juice, and smoothie maker. A washing machine is in one of the cupboards in the garden.
The bathroom with under-floor heating has a walk-in shower and modern bathroom furniture, the living room a dining area and seating for watching TV or simply relaxing.
The double bed in the master bedroom ensures a good night's sleep and the other bedroom has two comfortable single beds.
The living room has air-conditioning for the summer and a Swedish slim radiator on a wall for heating in the colder months, both are adequate for the 65 square metre apartment.
The entrance area has space to store bicycles, prams or other items. At the rear is a sunny, secure, enclosed garden with an outside kitchen area with barbeque. There is a new large grill offered for your use in the garden.
Those who seek evening calm will be pleased as the apartment is situated in a quiet residential area in a small gated community of only 9 houses on a quiet street where parking is always available. The shops and numerous international restaurants are a 10 minute stroll down the hill to the main street and the blue flag beach a further few minutes.
On the edge of the Sierra Gelada nature reserve the opportunity for wonderful walks is just on the door-step. Benidorm is a 10 minute taxi or a 20 minute bus ride (from the main street) for those who appreciate vibrant night-life, shows and of course the other attractions it has to offer.

The apartment was excellent and clean, with a very helpful owner. The downside was the very steep hill to the property. Meaning having to use the car to visit the town.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean with everything you need, photos don't do it justice. Comfy beds and sofa, kitchen fully eqipped, satellite TV and WIFI. Lovely pool in secure gated community. Roger the host was extremely helpful and provided excellent communication. Only negative, if you have mobility issues it's a steep hill to the property, for us it was a 10 min walk to beach, restaurants etc, the climb up the hill burnt off some calories from the lovely meals in Albir restaurants. L

The apartment exceeded our expectations and for the month that we stayed there we could not find anything that we didn't like. The shower was excellent, The TV had channels for all languages. The sofa and chairs were very comfortable. The washing machine was a real bonus and the barbecue was excellent. Our host, Roger, was always available to respond to any queries that we had. We can not rate this place and the host highly enough and will certainly be returning. One word of caution,the hill to the apartment is very steep and not for anybody with walking issues

Had a great time - apartment was amazing. Lovely and clean and in a great location - quiet but near enough to beach-and all amenities. Description said 2 bathrooms but only had one which wasn’t a problem for us - loved our time there and fell in love with Albir and will def go back.
