The staff was instantly accommodating when my flight was delayed and I ended up arriving an hour after check-in was accepted, but the staff graciously waited for me to arrive so I wouldn't be deserted. After that, all the rest of the staff have been very welcoming to me, even though I'm not too fluent in Japanese, and they provided excellent breakfast choices every morning. I stayed for a week and the atmosphere remained feeling clean and safe. I want to say thank you to everyone working there! I worked every morning and toured the city and neighboring communities in the afternoon. It was perfect! I had one glitch with the WiFi, and the staff fixed it immediately. They helped with planning, bus routes, etc. The laundry was simple to use and convenient. This was the only hotel I stayed where breakfast was included. It was tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
