"Very nice and spacious with a walking distance to Hakata station. Things are just like what you’re seeing in the photos. The room is fully equipped with everything you would need and very suitable for a group travel. Self check in was easy. One thing to improve would be the room cleanliness as there was some dust on certain areas like…on TV, the top of microwave oven, etc. Other than that, things are superb! Highly recommend this place!"

"This property was smaller than the SG Residence Hakata, but the experience was good. The Balcony View is a nice and the trains were very close but did not keep us up at night. The downside is the filters on the A/C were filthy. I had to clean them because two of my persons have allergies and the dust was terrible. "It is in the middle of the city but it is still very quiet in the evening and provides a very peaceful night's sleep. Location is within 15 mins of the major shopping belt and transport is not a problem as well. Rooms are well furnished and comes with full amenities like cooking stove, washing machine en-suite toilet and bathorrom. Will return for sure!"

"Stayed one night with four people and it was very nice. The room condition was amazing and everything was very well kept and clean. The bathroom was very nice. Check in went somewhat smoothly. They could’ve sent me the check in info a bit earlier as I had to message them to get it, but they replied within the hour with the instructions. All in all, I believe it is worth the money, it’s not anything super extravagant but it’s a nice hotel."

"Very clean and very comfortable. They are very vague about you putting everything back. Does it mean you have to wash all of your dishes and put them back exactly? Communication was lacking. Of the two emails I sent, I never got a response. I left some stuff there and asked if it was found and they decided not to answer me. I ended up leaving it there so I suppose someone else is not enjoying it."
