Difficulty entering property at .11PM with Code. Owner’s instructions need to be clearer for English speaking clients & only on 1 page. Hot Water Heater was not sufficient for 4 persons. It would turn off after 15 minutes & wouldn’t return for 18 hours. Owner accused us of using hot water for 45 minutes & that was not true. Other upsetting thing was that I emailed the owner while occupying the property what time to check out. I have her documented telling me,” you can leave at 2:00 when cleaning crew starts. We were at Nijo Castle at 11:00 when I received an email from the owner,”Cleaning Crew has arrived, your suitcases were put out on the street.” Property inside was very comfortable & clean. Dealing with owner was difficult.

Very clean, new, and modern place

Very clean, new, and modern place. It was very spacious and comfortable for our family of four people. The appliances, bathroom, and bedrooms were all new and stylish. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to travelers to Kyoto. The subway station was only a couple blocks away, very convenient!
